1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging with tags attached.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items (unless defective) and final sale products are non-refundable.

Email Blueoceanluxe@163.com within 14 days to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Ship returns via a trackable method to: [Your Return Address]. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping costs are deducted for "free shipping" orders.

5. Damaged/Defective Items
